Budget The Budget page provides information regarding the Approved Budget, Adjusted Budget, Total Expenditures, and the Budget Balance for the State. Go Cash Balances The Cash Balances page provides agency claim balances as extracted from the New Mexico Statewide Human Resources, Accounting, and Management Reporting System (SHARE), the State financial system. Go Annual Fiscal Summary The Annual Fiscal Summary page is a repository of the State of New Mexico Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR). Go Investment Accounts The Investment Accounts page is a repository of the Investment Holdings Report issued by the State Investment Council (SIC). The Sunshine Portal Transparency Act was enacted by the Fiftieth Legislature, First Session and signed into law by Governor Susana Martinez on March 30, 2011.
